IT Specialist

The Center for Sleep Medicine is seeking an IT Specialist to support and maintain our technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, maintaining networks and systems, and ensuring the security and reliability of our IT environment.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Orland Park, IL (required: flexibility to travel to all practice locations as needed)

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and networking equipment
  • Support Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, antivirus, and email security
  • Test and implement software updates and system upgrades
  • Create IT documentation and train employees as needed
  • Manage data reporting, transfers, and system administration tasks
  • Work with vendors and staff to resolve technical issues
  • Provide occasional after-hours support

Qualifications:

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows environments and general IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This pay range reflects the Company’s current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
