Full-time receptionist needed for fast paced medical office in Orland Park, IL. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone manners, a high degree of organization, good computer skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a team environment. Tasks include front desk coverage, data entry, answering phones, and scheduling patient appointments using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Prior experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and reception work preferred, but not required. Occasional travel to work at other clinic locations, as needed. Flexibility required, however, a typical shift for this position is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am- 6:00 pm
