Registration Tuition: $3,200.00 Payment Credit card, check or money order made out to The Center for Sleep Medicine in the amount of $3,200.00. Payment can be arranged prior to the course. A Non-refundable deposit of $320.00 is required upon registration. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the first day of the program.
